I was treated with such great care with every member of staff that dealt with me. Such a lovely feeling to be treated so kindly, lovely when feeling quite anxious. Thank you to all from reception to nursing staff. My grateful thanks such a delight to be in this dept.

Every nurse was so kind and explained what was happening. I felt very safe with them.

Everyone treated me kindly and explained everything was not rushed. Treatment was explained and not rushed. So did not feel I was on a conveyor belt.
